We are a multi generation church in the centre of Cardiff with a heart for Lifting Up, Building Up and Reaching Out.
Position: Pastor
Working hours: Full time
Salary: £32,500 – 37,500 per annum depending on experience
Start date: January 2027 (This can be negotiated to suit both parties)
The pastor will work collaboratively alongside the other elders within a shared leadership structure. They will preach regularly as part of our church services, engage in pastoral care and guidance of the church members, and serve practically using their gifts throughout church activities.
We are looking for someone:
Who is a follower of Jesus
Who has experience of leadership in a Christian context
Who has excellent communication skills
Main activities:
Bible teaching
Pastoral care
Strategic vision and leadership as one of the elders.
Supporting existing activities at Mack and outreach in the community
